Garner Sr., Samuel E.age 28 of Flint died Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at Hurley Hospital. Funeral service will be held 12 noon Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at Word of Life Christian Church, 460 W. Atherton Rd. Flint. Family hour will begin at 11 am Wednesday at the church. Elder James Walker, Host Pastor George Wilkinson officiating. Family will receive visitors from 12-8 pm Tuesday, January 24,at Dodds Dumanois Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 901 Garland St. Flint, MI. Burial in Sunset Hills Cemetery. Samuel was born Dec. 27, 1983 in Flint, MI to Kelvin Wayne and Karen (Armstead) Garner. Samuel attended Flint Northern High School where he played Basketball, Football, and Wrestled. He is survived by parents Kelvin and Karen Garner, son Samuel E. Garner Jr., God daughter Gabrielle Hutchins, sister: Jamicka Garner, 3 brothers, Kelvin (Scooter), Julius Andre, and Quentin Garner all of Flint, grandmother Lois Armstead, great grandfather Lawrence Moore and host of many, many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
