REYES, Adelia (Chula) - Age 87, of Flint, MI, died June 12, 2010 at Hurley Hospital. Funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, June 17, 2010 at Dodds Dumanois Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 901 Garland St., Flint, MI. Family will receive visitors from 12-8 p.m. Tuesday, 12-8 Wednesday and from 12 Noon until time of service Thursday. Burial in Flint Memorial Park Cemetery, Pastor Robert Henson officiating. Adelia was born in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada. Adelia met Bernard Reyes in Flint, MI with whom she later married. Bernard preceded her in death in 1987. Adelia was an avid bowler, loved the domestic life including cooking and spending time with her family, especially the grandkids. She enjoyed her friends, shopping, taking trips and going to the casino. Adelia is survived by daughters Bernadette Reyes (Leora), Teresa Reyes (Leon), son Lester Soloman, grandchildren: Marty, Tracy (Brent), Anthony (Roxanne), Benny, and Billy, nephew Victor "Rocky" Reyes, special friend Brenda Harris and many relatives from Mt. Pleasant, MI. She was preceded in death by husband Bernard, two brothers, two sisters, son Bernard Reyes Jr. Special thanks to the staff on the 4th floor CCU at Hurley Hospital.
